Thank you for shopping at FurWell. We are committed to getting your pet's essentials to you quickly and safely. This policy outlines our shipping practices.

 

Shipping destinations: FurWell ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

Shipping rates: We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $70. Orders under $70 are charged a flat-rate standard shipping fee calculated at checkout. Express shipping is not currently available.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

 

Estimated delivery: Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after processing, depending on your location.

 

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at info@furwellpetshop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
